1. Preparation
   • An evaluation of the candidate’s competences

2. Placement
   • Pre-arrival
     • Search appropriate educational institution
     • Apply for student visa
   • Post Arrival
     • Search and locate Host Company
     • Interview & coaching
     • Introduce Intern student to host company
   
   
3. Support
   • Arrange lodging and airport pick-up
   • Accompany intern to host company
   • Maintain contact with intern and host company on a regular basis
   
   
4. Completion
   • Reference letter provided by the Host Company
   • Executive Institute Completion Certificate
   • Maintain intern student information and references available upon request
